Norah Jones - Hurts to be Alone

Norah’s opus to isolation in the Covid era. When I was approached for the project, Norah’s team already had a powerful video edit put together. They were looking to add some animation in that would enhance the deep emotions expressed in the track. I pitched a light-handed treatment that let the song and video breathe, with an analogue, hand-crafted style to give a warm, human feeling to the motion.
